hii yupp blogging again. once school starts, no chance le. last day of year 2004 today. year 2005's coming! okay actually this year's quite an eventful year. with so many things happening. now there's the tsunamis disaster.. very sad yar. so many ppl dying, bodies lying around, friends and family devastated, everywhere in ruins.
sigh. the death toll currently more than 100 000. rising and rising.. okay. all the best to those finding their missing loved ones in this disaster. erh singaporeans are indeed very fortunate to be on this safe and sound island, protected by so many neighbouring countries exposed to these scary tidal waves which took soo many precious lives.. IF a tsunami really come to singapore, i think most probably our whole island would be gone and be submerged under water.. no way to escape at all. scary!
okay let me talk bout wednesday, choir's
sec 4 farewell party.
-start-
went here early to help out. some of them were decorating the music room wif colour paper and posters of singers. while a few were preparing the farewell gifts for our dear sec 4s. yup so i helped wif a few streamers and the party started! so we began wif some games. the "incredibles" and "blow wind blow". yeah the games were very funny. had lotsa fun.
and den we started for our
amazing race. terrible race. only allowed to take 3 bus rides. have to eat flour. the whole group using our hands to dig into the watermelon for the flesh and even have to finish the disgusting juice. my grp just cant solve the clues =.= first station, kap's cold storage. walked all the way from ny to that place and had to eat raw celery can! we took lots of sauces from macs and finally finish our big packet of celery (actually threw away quite alot). and then, 2nd station, coronation plaza. die lorh how to walk. so we took bus dere. had quite a simple task of running up the down escalator and running down the up escalator for 2 of our grpmates.
3rd station, we walked to smu. quite some distance also and had to run 800m round the track when we were already half dead. next station, worse still, bukit timah plaza's pizza hut. dun care le took bus again. reached there, no task to be done and we were given the wrong clue by the staff. and we were told to go to serene centre. my god. just returned from that area and came to this place for nothing. rushed back there to eat 20 nuggets in 2 minutes in our group. den back to tchs pool for catwalk -.- and we rushed back to ny! okay we were the second grp. had some nice food while the seniors were pouring and splashing water on the juniors. =P
after dat, had to leave early and missed the last part of the party. yup. so for our dear seniors, we suffered in the amazing race. =( haha will miss them, great seniors. must come back to visit us often!

and just now, on tuesday, went to visit my mummy's ex classmate, auntie soo mui. nice lady ((: her children very cute! ethan and ethel. she prepared lattae for me to try. quite nice =P and lots of delicious food including potato salad! nice~ yup shall visit her again next year. and today later on, some of the frens from 6k coming to my house for countdown. yepp my house very luan de, hope they dont mind.
okay everyone hav fun on the last day of 2004! leave behind good and beautiful memories of memorable year 2004 in the future! (((: best wishes to everyone for 2005!

christmas's over. haha the countdown wasn't really a success. the children were engrossed in playing wif the ps and the adults were chatting dat we missed the time lor. and the countdown was just "oh, past midnight le. merry x'mas!" and everyone start shaking hands and hugging wif each other. lol that's all. but the exciting part was when we open our presents wad. didn't know wad my parents wld get for me. they gave me jay's book! Grandeur de D major! was vehh happy ((: hehe. thanks daddy n mummy! lol lotss of pics of jay in it.
on christmas day itself, it was just an usual saturday for me. yea but my baby cousin came to visit. yep and my aunt gave us presents! she gave mi a happy house notebook and photo album! sweet and nice (: and soon i received bea's christmas card and friendship band! thank you! yupp and today i managed to finish reading the bonesetter's daughter! yearns to continue reading lor. veh nice book. cant wait to attend lit lessons on this book next year. haha so enthu.
okay. 5 days to year 2005! and 7 days to the first day of school. good luck to everyone next year! smile always! byebye. have choir practice tmr morning. gd night!

yay today's christmas eve. in the evening later, going to friend's house for countdown. ((: just now had the 3rd class gathering this holiday. watched
national treasure with jess and val at causeway point. was late! sorry =( i forgot to bring my wallet out when i left my house den had to ran all the way back to get it, and it rained once i stepped out of the house! =.= was practically counting the number of seconds the mrt took to travel from one station to the other.. so slow. fortunately made it in time for the movie. nice movie (: vehh interesting and intelligent plot. hahaha.
after meeting wif the guys we went to orchard, strolled around ps and along orchard road while waiting for elaine. nice christmas lightings (: but not as beautiful as last time. the atmosphere was there. lotss of ppl at orchard, veh crowded. den again we wasted time deciding where to eat but in the end they chose mcdonalds, so elaine and i went to the food court there instead. wahh so many ppl dat had to wait for seats for like half an hour? the food was quite nice.
we walked along orchard wif the others till the end and ian, wif his street directory =P told us bout the bus stop right in front and we took 75 back to bp plaza to chat. haha enjoyed the chat wif the girls. talking bout our pri schl days and past crushes. lol hao xiao. den after dat went home le. dad waited for mi at the station as usual (: [great daddy!!]
yuppx just now when watching tv wif my bro, he was having hiccups. wad cause hiccups? wad are they actually? haha can do a research on this =P
anyway, thanks for those who gave me christmas cards! val, elaine, honghui, yinghao, sharon, meisiew! hehe thanks for the effort! unique and special. nice decoration and drawings, etc. sorry for not giving out cards this year =( shall do it next year. and teh cute doggie from yinghao! thanks!
sigh year 2005 coming.. school's starting!! havent finish reading tbd. great book though. but the jane austen's
pride and prejudice, having some problems understanding its sentence structure.. must try harder! sigh blame it on me always not reading enuff books.
for the bsp scholarship, it's gone. sigh. feel so guilty. my daddy nid to bear such heavy costs for my school fees next year. his dialysis and medical fees nid money too. now im adding to his burden somemore. shouldn't have signed up for bsp. he say it doesnt matter if i get the scholarship or not. but does he mean it? it makes a huge difference lor. having the costs all covered by the scholarship and having to pay thousands of dollars ourselves... //
okay forget bout these sad things. so MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! yayy enjoy this festive season yar. and prepare for the new year. new start. work harder next year! ((:

HI! i'm back! finally reached home 4 hours ago from malaysia! went all the way to KL, penang, melaka, muar and back! holidays are ending soon. sigh sigh. sorry! i've been lagging in updating my blogg. for the past few months, my com got virus! so cant blogg and everything. =(
school reopening in 20 days!! am i right? sigh have lotss of holiday hw. okay to me, it's A LOT! and my room is in such a terrible mess. dread to come back home to my room. =S i wanna buy jay's book, "Grandeur in D major"! but it costs $25.. ex ritez? shld i spend such money?? haish.. okay still missing him. =P
6k gathering this friday at the bball court. should be turning up. oh yar had fun at the previous gathering at sentosa! (: really enjoyable! 6k is still so loveable, always! hahaha okay im tired already. a really brief update. BYE! good night. (:
